So this replaces my PSA and RMM?

No, and that's deliberate. Your PSA and RMM are good at what they do: ticketing plumbing and endpoint management. Resolved OS lives on top of them, syncing continuously, and becomes the layer where everything meets: the client workspace, the AI, the reviews, the renewals, the documentation, the reporting. You keep your PSA. It just stops being the only place truth lives.

What does "AI-native" actually mean here?

Not a chatbot bolted onto a portal. AI-native means the daily loops of your MSP run through AI: every inbound ticket triaged with full client context, documentation that answers questions with citations, reviews whose decks build themselves, action items mined from meeting recordings, quotes drafted from a vendor screenshot. When does the AI get to act on its own?

Why are the meetings mandatory?

Because the deliverable isn't software, it's the outcome, and outcomes don't survive an unattended rollout. Weekly working sessions for the first 90 days keep adoption honest while habits form. Monthly business reviews after that are where we look at the stats together: time saved, module ROI, adoption by person, what to build next. We move to quarterly only once we both agree the integration has landed, and our stated preference is to stay monthly.

If what you want is a login and an invoice, we're the wrong partner. That's on purpose.

What does "not SaaS" actually mean in practice?

Three concrete things. First, the engagement includes engineering: integrations you need get built, and modules that don't match your process get changed, as part of the partnership rather than a change-order fight. Second, it runs on infrastructure you control, with a database you own. Third, there is no per-seat meter; the whole team uses the whole platform.

What if you don't integrate with a tool we depend on?

Then we build the integration. That isn't a marketing line; it's the operating model. Every integration currently in the platform exists because a working MSP needed it. Your stack review in the first working session produces the build list, and it gets sequenced into the rollout plan.

Our processes are unusual. How much do we have to change?

Ideally nothing. The founding rule of the platform is that the software bends, not the business. In the module plan we walk each workflow: where the built-in behaviour matches, it ships as-is; where it differs, we adapt the module before your team touches it. You will never be told to re-train your staff around our defaults.

Where does our data live? What can the AI see?

Your data lives in a database you own, on infrastructure you control, with your backup regime. Document search embeddings are computed locally; your documentation is never shipped out to build an index.

The AI sees exactly what the person using it is permitted to see, enforced server-side. Writes always start behind a human click; an activity acts on its own only after its accuracy record clears the threshold you set, and it stays monitored when it does.

We're on ITGlue. How painful is the move?

It's a solved problem. The migration tooling imports documents, flexible assets, configurations, attachments and relationships, rewrites the links between imported documents so they keep working, and reports everything it skipped and why. It's idempotent, so it runs client-by-client on your schedule rather than as a big-bang weekend. Passwords migrate into a true vault with a handled export-and-shred procedure.

How is it priced?

A flat monthly partnership, scoped to your MSP in the first working session. No per-seat licensing, no module SKUs, no metered AI. It's a meaningful line item, positioned for established MSPs that want a platform and an engineering team, not a login. If you're comparing it to a per-seat documentation tool, it's the wrong comparison; compare it to a tool budget plus a fractional engineering team, unified.

How fast do we see value?

Weeks, not quarters, because rollout is by module and the first module is chosen for pain. Shops that start with dispatch see triage automated in the first phase. Shops that start with documentation get migrated, searchable, AI-answerable docs. The renewals engine tends to find money in the first month simply by surfacing what already rolled over.

What happens if we part ways?

You keep your data, all of it, in your own database, in open formats. The platform runs on your infrastructure, so there's no hostage scenario. Partnerships should be held together by value, not by exit costs.
